ECOFIL® filtration devices are assembled from first-class foreign and domestic parts and sub-assemblies, assembled and thoroughly tested in the production company. All parts of ECOFIL® filter equipment are surface treated.
The frames of the devices are assembled from sheet metal parts that are laser cut and shaped by modern CNC equipment. The devices frames are assembled with screws. The oil sumps are waterproof to prevent accidental oil leakage. All parts of the frames, including the filter housings, are treated with oil-resistant powder paint. Hydraulic components are protected by a zinc coating. ECOFIL® filter devices are fitted with aluminium filter housings and equipped with a pump with ele. motor, which enables oil filtration independently of the hydraulic and lubrication systems without using the operating pressure of the production equipment (by-pass, off-line). The filtration capacity of filtration devices increases with the number of installed filter housings. ECOFIL® filter devices are available in a stable or mobile version.
Filtration device can be equipped with NEURON®oms filtration monitoring system, which monitors the basic tribological parameters of filtration: water content at the oil inlet and outlet, content of mechanical particles (NAS1638, ISO4406), temperatures, soft sludge content (sediment, resin, varnish), the breakdown voltage of the transformer, the colour of the oil and the humidity of the cellulose of the transformer winding. Pressure and vacuum values are monitored using mechanical pressure gauges. Filtration devices are protected against high pressure by means of mechanical safety valves.
ECOFIL® filtration devices are designed for by-pass or off-line filtration of all types of oils and industrial liquids on production equipment without interrupting the main technological process.
Filtration efficiency depends on the type of filter insert installed, but is usually 99.998% effective, filtration capacity ≥1 µm. The ability to capture solid particles, water and soft sludge (resins, sediments, varnishes) in one flow significantly increases the service life of the filtered oil and at the same time of the full-flow installed filters, hydraulic and mechanical elements of the production equipment.
Filtration devices ECOFIL® SN-series consist of a number of aluminum filter housings T35, equipped with pump and motor. This allows the oil cleaning independently of hydraulic, automotive or lubricating systems without using the operating pressure.
SN – series has a standard built-in steel frame in a portable or mobile version. Filtration capacity of filter system with SN - series local increases with the number of installed filter housings.
ECOFIL® ONW series regeneration and filtration devices are designed for vacuum removal of free and bound water down to a level of ≤ 2 pmm. At the same time, solid impurities, soft sludge and sediments are removed during the technological process. In the vacuum chamber, all gases dissolved in the oil are removed by degassing. The ONW series is also designed for oil regeneration. Oil regeneration is carried out using only the TAN regeneration cartridge without the need for difficult modification of the filter housings. The ONW series is fully computer controlled with on-line supervision. NEURON® oms filtration and regeneration monitoring is applied to the ONW series. The ONW series is designed for the most demanding operating conditions.
Filtration devices ECOFIL® AGRO series are designed to remove solid impurities, soft sludge, sediments, resins, free and dissolved water from gearboxes and gearbox (transmission) oil. The AGRO351 filter element is specifically designed for the AGRO series filtration devices. During the technological filtration process and while the gearbox is running, the gearbox is also flushed. The gearbox flushing ensures the complete removal of all sedimented contaminants and water. The AGRO series filtration devices are designed for the following types of gearboxes: CVT - Continuously Variable Transmission, Powershift, Hydrostatic, Automatic, and Manual. The NEURON® OMS filtration monitoring system can be applied to the AGRO series. The AGRO series is designed for the most demanding operational conditions.
