ECOFIL® filter housings are made of aluminium. The filter housings have a powder coating against corrosion. ECOFIL® filter housings are assembled from first-class foreign and domestic parts and sub-assemblies, assembled and thoroughly tested in the production company. The brackets of the filter housings are assembled from sheet metal parts that are laser-cut and shaped by modern CNC equipment. The filter housings are equipped with a steel mounting brackets for smooth mounting on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. The brackets of the filter housings are assembled with screws.

ECOFIL® T-series filter housings are intended for filtering oils, diesel-based fuels and industrial liquids in hydraulic systems of production facilities and in combustion engines at low pressure line. ECOFIL® T-series filter housings are produced in three sizes according to the volume of the filtered tank. ECOFIL® T-series filter housings are tested and approved for working pressures up to 8 bar. The required reduced oil flow to ensure microfiltration (max. 3 l/min for T35) is achieved by the opening on the outlet side of the filter body and the natural internal resistance of the filter insert. As a result, the oil pressure is affected. Two impermeable edges at the bottom of the filter bed prevent even a small amount of oil from escaping the filter. The filter housings are equipped with a steel mounting bracket for smooth mounting on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.
ECOFIL® T-series products with specification
ECOFIL® H-series filter housings are intended for filtering oils, diesel-based fuels and industrial liquids in hydraulic systems of production facilities and in combustion engines at high pressure. Filter housings ECOFIL® H - series are tested and approved for working pressures up to 315 bar and comply with EU regulations. ECOFIL® H-series filter housings are installed in the by-pass of the main hydraulic circuit with an operating pressure between 8 and 315 bar. ECOFIL H-series filter housings are equipped with a mounting bracket for mounting on a vertical or horizontal surface. ECOFIL® H-series filter housings are equipped with a flow control valve to obtain the conditions for deep microfiltration (constant low pressure and constant flow). The built-in safety valve prevents pressure from rising.
The safety valve opens at a pressure above 6 bar and the oil flows directly into the return line without passing through the filter element. The pressure gauge indicates the need to replace the filter element as an increase in pressure caused by the saturation of the filter element with contaminates. The pressure gauge is indispensable for setting the correct position of the shut-off valve, which is located at the entrance to the filter housing in order to set the max. pressure in the filter housing.

Filter housings ECOFIL® T 40 LONG are designed for filtering oils, diesel-based fuels, and industrial liquids in hydraulic systems of production equipment and in combustion engines at low pressure. ECOFIL T 40® LONG filter cartridges are tested and approved for working pressures up to 8 bar. The filter cartridges are equipped with a steel mounting bracket for smooth attachment to horizontal surfaces.
