Operation
In new operation building our emplyees use the newest technologies in production process of filtration elements made of materials, which are the most useful for conrete intent: paper, cellulosa, polypropylen, viscose or various combination of them. Cleanliness of operation and service of own equipment and machines is matter of course
Besides classical mechanical producing of filter housing, such as turning works on NC-machines, we use also ultra durable housing of magnesian alloy which is of less weight.
During production of steel construction we uses TIGO method of welding.
Due to our own laboratory for testing of filter housing and filter elements we fully control quality of our products all the time.
In our well equipped operation we trained and skilled workers are able to prepare taylor made filtration device by customer´s requirements, included special filtration element, which correspods to kind of filtrated liquid and to output parameters of oil, which are required by customer. Our own development was appreciated by customers cating in food processing industry, engeneering indsutry, power plants and others
Our work is known for amount of inovations, which make us different of our competitors - hood with sight glass, digital measurement of contaminants and water volume in oil, GSM module for managing of filtration and others.
